1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking a cleaning service through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use this website or our services.
2. Description of Services
Cityscape Cleaning Crew (“the Company,” “we,” “our”) operates a platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals (“Cleaners”) to provide residential and commercial cleaning services. We facilitate scheduling, communication, and payment through our platform. Each Cleaner operates as a vetted independent contractor with prior years of home cleaning experience.
3. Booking and Payment
When booking a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Authorize payment for the total booking amount, including applicable fees or taxes.
Comply with our cancellation and rescheduling policy (cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning may incur a fee).
Ensure our Cleaners have safe, unobstructed access to your property.
If the Cleaner is unable to perform the service due to unsafe conditions, the booking may still be charged in full.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a re-clean of affected areas or a partial credit toward a future booking.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The guarantee does not cover issues arising from conditions outside the Cleaner’s control (e.g., heavy clutter, hazardous materials, pest infestations, etc.).
5. Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a cleaning service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the completion of the service so we can properly review and address the issue. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage to fragile, delicate, or improperly installed items.
6. Use License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Modify or copy materials from the site.
Reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform’s functionality.
Remove proprietary notices or branding.
“Mirror” materials on another server or site.
This license terminates automatically upon violation of these terms.
7. Disclaimer
All services and materials are provided “as is.” The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding Cleaner performance, service quality, or outcomes.
8. Revisions and Updates
The Company may update or modify website content, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
