Kitchen

Wipe counters, exterior of appliances, stovetop, sink and faucet, cabinet fronts spot wiped, floors swept and mopped, trash taken out.

Bathrooms

Clean and disinfect toilet, sink and counters, quick scrub of tub or shower, polish mirrors and fixtures, floors swept and mopped.

Bedrooms and living areas

Make beds, tidy surfaces, dust accessible furniture, wipe tables, quick vacuum or sweep of floors and rugs.

Entry and hallways

Sweep or vacuum, light dusting, spot wipe doors and handles.

Deep Clean includes everything in Basic plus

All rooms

Detailed dusting including baseboards and ledges, vents and reachable ceiling fans, window sills and blinds, extra attention to edges and corners of floors.

Kitchen

Inside and outside of microwave, detailed stovetop and backsplash, wipe cabinet fronts top to bottom, clean sink and chrome, top of fridge, outside of trash can, deep floor scrub.

Bathrooms

Detailed scrub of tub and shower walls, grout attention where needed, full wipe of cabinet fronts, doors and door frames, extra time on soap scum, limescale and hard water spots.

Bedrooms and living areas

Wipe doors and frames, dust furniture edges and legs, wipe reachable light fixtures, vacuum under and around furniture where accessible.

Entry and hallways

Wipe outside of washer and dryer, counters and ledges, doors and trim, floor detail.

Move-In / Move-Out Clean includes the most complete top to bottom reset

All rooms

Full dusting including baseboards, doors and frames, window sills and blinds, vents, reachable fans, inside closets and shelves, floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

Kitchen

Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers, inside and outside of fridge and oven if they are empty, stovetop and backsplash, sink and faucet, outside of appliances, baseboards and floors.

Bathrooms

Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, deep scrub of tub, shower, tiles and grout, toilet inside and out, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, doors and frames, baseboards and floors.

Bedrooms and living areas

Inside closets and shelves, doors and frames, window sills and blinds, baseboards, outlets and switches wiped, full floor clean including edges and corners.

Trash removed, full walkthrough standard so the home feels move in ready.
